A Mullin & Sons, Inc.
Service Agreement allows you to sleep at night because you know the
Mullin & Sons, Inc. will service your
computers and networks whenever you need them. The
Mullin & Sons, Inc. Service Agreement
includes all Mullin & Sons, Inc. basic
services (e.g., hardware and software maintenance, repairs, upgrades and
installations).
Having a Mullin & Sons, Inc.
service agreement means:
 | Basic computer and network hardware and software
installations, maintenance, repairs and upgrades. |
 | Semi-annual performance tune-ups on all covered
computers, including
 | File scan, repair and clean-up
|
 | Virus check and removal |
 | Organizing your configuration
|
 | External cleaning of keyboard
|
 | Running cleaning disks of all drives
|
 | Removal of chassis and air cleaning or
internal components |
|
 | Availability within 2 to 4 hours for all service
issues and repairs |
 | A certified technician dedicated to servicing your
account |
 | A detailed audit of all your computer systems,
software, peripherals and network services, software and hardware
|
Who needs a Service Agreement?
You need a service agreement if you:

What Does a Service Agreement Give You?
A Service Agreement Gives You:
 | A dedicated technician assigned to your account

 | All computer and network hardware, software and
peripherals |
 | Internet Service Provider information including
IP addresses, passwords, routers and servers, etc. |
 | Back-up plans and services |
 | A report detailing a complete inventory of
assets, your technician contact information, the terms and
conditions of the service agreement |

 | A maintenance plan including:
 | A server/network check-up with each visit
|
 | Personal computer updates and maintenance
|
 | A detailed report of work completed during a
visit |

 | Reports summarizing what has been done and what is
recommended. |
 | Summary of any additions, removals, moves and changes
to your servers, computers, networks and communications services and
architecture. |
Requirements:
 | One-year minimum commitment. |
 | Remote access to personal computers for remote
diagnostics and repair of problems prior to dispatching your technician.

Mullin & Sons, Inc.
will:
 | Generate additional proposals and pricing for
services beyond the scope of this agreement. |
 | Provide a 25% discount off of our Emergency Services
rates for emergency situations that occur outside of
Mullin & Sons, Inc. regularly
scheduled hours (7pm to 7am and Sundays). |
 | Not procure any hardware or software without written
approval and appropriate purchase orders from the customer. |
 | Not be responsible for changes made to systems by
people other than Mullin & Sons, Inc.
or for the additional charges related to changes made by people other
than Mullin & Sons, Inc.
