A Mullin & Sons, Inc. Service Agreement allows you to sleep at night because you know the Mullin & Sons, Inc. will service your computers and networks whenever you need them. The Mullin & Sons, Inc. Service Agreement includes all Mullin & Sons, Inc. basic services (e.g., hardware and software maintenance, repairs, upgrades and installations).

 

Having a Mullin & Sons, Inc. service agreement means:

 

bulletBasic computer and network hardware and software installations, maintenance, repairs and upgrades.
bulletSemi-annual performance tune-ups on all covered computers, including
bulletFile scan, repair and clean-up
bulletVirus check and removal
bulletOrganizing your configuration
bulletExternal cleaning of keyboard
bulletRunning cleaning disks of all drives
bulletRemoval of chassis and air cleaning or internal components
bulletAvailability within 2 to 4 hours for all service issues and repairs
bulletA certified technician dedicated to servicing your account
bulletA detailed audit of all your computer systems, software, peripherals and network services, software and hardware

What Does a Service Agreement Give You?

 

A Service Agreement Gives You:

bulletA FREE technology audit detailing:
bulletAll computer and network hardware, software and peripherals
bulletInternet Service Provider information including IP addresses, passwords, routers and servers, etc.
bulletBack-up plans and services
bulletA report detailing a complete inventory of assets, your technician contact information, the terms and conditions of the service agreement
bulletA maintenance plan including:
bulletA server/network check-up with each visit
bulletPersonal computer updates and maintenance
bulletA detailed report of work completed during a visit
bulletReports summarizing what has been done and what is recommended.
bulletSummary of any additions, removals, moves and changes to your servers, computers, networks and communications services and architecture.

 

Requirements:

 

bulletOne-year minimum commitment.
bulletRemote access to personal computers for remote diagnostics and repair of problems prior to dispatching your technician.

 

Mullin & Sons, Inc. will:

 

bulletGenerate additional proposals and pricing for services beyond the scope of this agreement.
bulletProvide a 25% discount off of our Emergency Services rates for emergency situations that occur outside of Mullin & Sons, Inc. regularly scheduled hours (7pm to 7am and Sundays).
bulletNot procure any hardware or software without written approval and appropriate purchase orders from the customer.
bulletNot be responsible for changes made to systems by people other than Mullin & Sons, Inc. or for the additional charges related to changes made by people other than Mullin & Sons, Inc.
